We do not offer refunds for paid tuition or testing fees. If you are paying on a per-class basis, the classes do not expire and can be used at any time you return. If you have paid for testing and are unable to attend any sessions during the testing weeks, we will save the test fee for your next test. A monthly tuition can be "frozen" due to injuries or family emergencies that affect attendance for more than five consecutive class sessions with agreement of the head instructor. Tuition and fees are due at the begining of each service period. Late fees may apply for long past-due balances.
